Usually I am not one to `toot my own horn` about my accomplishments, allowing instead the noteworthy high percentage of my clients who are referrals (a record 89% in 2007!) to illustrate the consistency in my quality of performance and personal integrity. However I am pleased to share that my achievements over the past 15 years have now been recognized by my acceptance into RE/MAX International’s Hall of Fame as of this month. Vancouver, BC – January 11, 2008. Increasing the Home Owner Grant threshold to $1,050,000 from $950,000 in assessed value is good for homeowners and communities across BC. “The real estate profession is pleased to see the government stand by its goal to ensure that 95 per cent of homeowners qualify for the basic grant,” said Andrew Peck, President of the British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA).
